By proceeding with this purchase, you are acknowledging that;

1) You are sincere about putting forth your best effort to follow our program. As such, you realize that our program consists of "files" that you will download and read or listen to, and follow, on a daily basis (approx. 3 hours on the first/your quitting day, and anywhere from one half hour to one hour of listening daily after that for about 3 weeks). Further, you agree that if for whatever reason you find yourself struggling with our program, that you will contact us (easy access by email is provided) and we will send you a link to a webform that you agree to fill in honestly and completely so that we may reply with the correct response to put you back on track.

2) Your credit card statement will show a charge of $197.00 from ClickBank/Keynetics.

3) Our program consists of individual audio (.MP3) and Acrobat Reader (.PDF) files (3 bonuses are in .EXE/PC format) for a total of approximately 140 megabytes. The Make Every Day A Great Day bonus files add an additional 80 megabytes. It is your responsibility to make sure you have the space on your computer and adequate Internet connection to be able to download these files.

Note: We provide easy-to-follow, step-by-step download instructions that even novice computer users find simple to use. If you have a dial-up connection you will need to be patient as the files download. As a convenience we do allow a trusted friend or family member to download on your behalf. Although you should not experience any technical difficulties we offer fast and friendly technical support on the download page. In extreme cases ie: illness, we will send a data CD (not audio/the same files you can download) strictly as a courtesy at no charge (will take 2-3 weeks to arrive from Canada). Sorry, we do not offer this service immediately after purchasing.

4) This package is for your personal use only. You may not share any of the contents/files of our program with any other smoker. If this is a gift from a non-smoker to a smoker we will be aware. Access to the contents of our program are password protected and all log-ins and downloads (IP addresses) are strictly monitored.

5) As soon we receive notification of your payment, you will be forwarded to a page where you can set up a username and password to our download area. Depending on the time of your purchase, you may have to wait a few hours after submitting your username and password (see par. 3) for confirmation and access to the download area.
